Pyramids - New Capital
Pyramids Developments owns 10 projects in the Administrative Capital and Galala City, and has clearly defined its investment vision, aligned with the state's vision for achieving the sustainable development plan. Grand Square Mall
The first commercial and administrative mall will be operational in the Administrative Capital with the start of the ministries' relocation. Pyramids Business Tower
In the investment, commercial, administrative, and hotel towers area directly on the Green River, our first investment offering is dedicated to the Cloud Mills on the northern Bin Zayed Axis, the Ras Axis, and the main square.
The tower operates with a different concept, the PODIUM, by reducing the building ratio on each floor and adding operational services, with the highest rental return to attract a new investment segment.
